Divorce, the Internet, and Mythbusters

As divorce rates drop, the question is asked:  Does increasing technology mean the end of the extramarital affair?  We leave so many digital footprints in so many places, it’s difficult to lead a clandestine life. The Internet was invented in the U.S., and not surprisingly the U.S. has remained the center of the Net …  up to now.  More countries are starting to route data around the U.S., both to avoid possible scrutiny by the government, and also to retain more control over their own data.  NY Times: http://www.nytimes.com/2008/08/30/business/30pipes.html
