Homeland Security Holds TSA at Fault for Not Tracking Badges, Uniforms

The TSA just keeps on giving, today.  A Homeland Security committee dinged the TSA for not diligently tracking ID badges and uniforms.  It was found that in multiple cases former employees retained badges and uniforms, with no follow-up from the TSA.  This means that an unknown number of TSA badges and uniforms are floating in the wild, uncontrolled.

TSA Screener Rips Off over $200,000 Worth of Passenger Electronics

A TSA screener stole over $200,000 worth of passenger electronics and sold them on eBay.  The haul included an HBO camera worth $47,900.  The screener was busted when CNN came across one of their missing cameras on eBay and worked with police to crack the crime.
